🎤 Inspiration Introduction by Alex Tegg
Understanding different leadership styles is key to effective communication and team management. This workshop will explore the four primary leadership styles and provide practical strategies to enhance communication skills.
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify the Four Leadership Styles – Discover the traits of the Connector, Dreamer, Planner, and Do’er leadership styles.
- Self-Assessment & Reflection – Determine your dominant leadership style and areas for growth.
- Effective Communication Techniques – Learn how to adapt your communication style to different team members.
- Adaptability in Leadership – Understand when and how to switch leadership styles in various personal, professional, and campus settings.

A strong LinkedIn presence is essential for professional growth. This session will help participants optimise their profiles and develop effective networking strategies.
