MENTAL HEALTH MONTH

This October, UOW Pulse is proud to support WayAhead’s Mental Health Month with a series of events designed to promote open conversations around mental health and well-being. The theme, “Let’s Talk About It”, encourages us to break the silence, share our experiences, and connect with those around us.

Mental health affects us all, and together we can make a difference. Whether it’s through movement, creativity, or simply taking a moment to breathe, our events are crafted to support your mental well-being and create spaces for conversations that matter.

Join us for any or all of the activities throughout the month of October—there’s something for everyone. Let’s talk, connect, and support each other on this journey to better mental health.

The activities for Mental Health Month are SSAF funded.

Why “Let’s Talk About It”?

Talking about mental health can feel difficult, but it’s one of the most important things we can do. By sharing our experiences and supporting one another, we break down the stigma and create a community that feels safe and inclusive for everyone.

Join the Conversation

Mental health is for everyone, and we’re here to support you. Don’t miss out on these incredible events, and be sure to invite a friend. Let’s make mental health a conversation we all feel comfortable having.
