R U OK? Day – Student Support and Awareness Day
📅 Thursday 10 September 2026 | 🕛 11AM – 1PM | 📍Duck Pond Lawn
Join us for a meaningful morning of connection, wellbeing and community as we come together for R U OK? Day. This national day of action encourages us to check in with those around us and start meaningful conversations that can make a real difference.
This year’s theme is “A conversation could change a life.” Take the time to ask, listen and support the people in your life. A simple conversation can have a lasting impact on someone’s mental health and wellbeing.
