Wellness Budget Kitchen (6‑Week Cooking Series) – FREE EVENT
The Wellness Budget Kitchen is a six‑week hands‑on cooking program helping students make simple, nutritious, low‑cost meals using the UOW Pulse WELLNESS Cookbook. Recipes are budget‑friendly and use ingredients from the Pulse Pantry, with point values explained so students can make informed choices with their weekly 10 points.
The program builds confidence in cooking, meal prep, and shopping on a budget.
Weekly Sessions
Week 3 – 1 May: DIY Pizza
Week 4 – 8 May: Breakfast Burrito & Overnight Oats
Week 5 – 15 May: Carbonara Pasta
Week 6 – 22 May: Stir Fry
Ticketing
- ONLY 15 spots per session
- Tickets released fortnightly! (2 Weeks before session at 9AM!)
- Each ticket is valid for one session only
