TAKING STEPS ON YOUR WELLBEING JOURNEY

This year’s theme, “Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey,” is all about celebrating steps that we take towards improving our mental health and wellbeing. The theme encourages us to embrace progress, growth, and ongoing self-improvement, while reminding us that wellbeing is not a final destination but a continuous journey.

Noticing a shift—big or small—is the first step. Maybe your thoughts feel different, your energy’s off, or your days don’t look like they used to. That’s worth tuning into.

It’s okay to need support. Asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s strength. When things feel off, reaching out is a powerful move.

Taking action matters. Whether it’s chatting with someone, carving out me-time, or getting expert support—doing something for your wellbeing is a powerful move forward.
