What’s the difference between best before and expiry?
Goods with a best before date, in a nutshell, can be consumed 3-6months after the printed date given all packaging is in tact, not damaged, and has been stored correctly.
All goods with an expiry date must be consumed within the date, simply for health and safety reasons. This is because the food may have a bad bacteria.
