Session 2: Master Your Time and Energy Management 12PM – 1:30PM

What’s the one thing we all have in common? Time. How do we know if our time is well spent? We’re utilizing and creating energy! We each have 168 hours every week, and the difference is in how we think about time and how we use it to shift our energy and create the results we seek. In this workshop, you will learn how to focus on what energises you, overcome procrastination, get more done with less stress and increase your productivity.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:
• Assess your week using ‘time accounting’ formulas
• Apply our 3 stage R.A.P. life management system
• Design your ‘dream day’ using chunking with ‘padding’ and ‘fattening’
• Identify the 4 buckets of energy (creating your own personal cheat-sheet)
• Brainstorm ways to increase energy givers and reduce energy drainers to get more done… and enjoy yourself!
