Session 1: Goal Setting for Academic, Career and Life Success 9:30AM – 11AM

In this workshop, you will learn not just how to set S.M.A.R.T.(E.R.) goals, but also the psychology behind goal-setting, how to motivate yourself and transform your academic, career and life dreams into results. You will take action in real time during the workshop and learn the secret to being 76% more likely to achieve any goal you set in 2024!

You will learn how to:
• Identify the 8 major categories to focus on for Academic, Career and Life Success
• Develop S.M.A.R.T.(E.R.) goals for 2024 including creating metrics of success
• Create a 7-day plan of action to kick-start your progress
• Identify key people in your life and at your university to support you
• Apply our 5 weekly reflection questions for accountability and ongoing progress

Session 2: Master Your Time and Energy Management 12PM – 1:30PM

What’s the one thing we all have in common? Time. How do we know if our time is well spent? We’re utilizing and creating energy! We each have 168 hours every week, and the difference is in how we think about time and how we use it to shift our energy and create the results we seek. In this workshop, you will learn how to focus on what energizes you, overcome procrastination, get more done with less stress and increase your productivity.

You will learn how to:
• Assess your week using ‘time accounting’ formulas
• Apply our 3 stage R.A.P. life management system
• Design your ‘dream day’ using chunking with ‘padding’ and ‘fattening’
• Identify the 4 buckets of energy (creating your own personal cheat-sheet)
• Brainstorm ways to increase energy givers and reduce energy drainers to get more done… and enjoy yourself!
